Heading back to Bali after a four year hiatus. After the long flight, I require some luxury, so we are thinking of booking the Hard Rock. Is it noisy? Would the Grand Istana Rama be better? I am looking for good access to shopping and restaurants, and comfortable, quiet rooms. Opinions, please? Thanks.
