bali toilets

hi i have never been to bali and hopefully will be going with my hubby and daughters in july. I have been reading a lot about the "squatty"toilets and i am wondering if there is a prevelance of them in the restruants and stores or is it a mix.I have traveled to the island of Corfu years ago and they had them there,but i was a lot younger then and flexible!Also i know my two teenage daughters would rather die than use one..(you know how teenage girls are)
