round the main areas in hotel and restaurants are mainly all ok.
Most are real flushing toilets with paper.
Its when you get out into the regional areas you find the squatty toilets. It pays to take a toilet roll with you if travelling north to Git Git.
You certainly need a strong stomach at some of them!!
