Baggage allowance on Garuda

Ok everyone, I know that lots has been written about this, but maybe I am searching the wrong thing in the archives?
Is the baggage allowance 20kg per person or 30kg, I have flown before from other places and it has been 30. Everyone seems to mention 20 here though?
Also, my little tacker get full luggage allowance right?
