I'm planning my first Bali trip in November. I've learnt heaps from reading and searching the BTF. I've answered most of my questions just by reading. THe JBRs have been really enjoyable.
I'm going with a friend whos been twice before. She knows everything there is to know about Bali but didnt know about the BTF (haha)! She does now. There are a couple of things she told me which I havent read about here and would like your opinions.
She said the handmade stuff like necklaces and bracelets were better quality in Ubud than in Kuta. Same for silver jewelry from the village where they make it.
