Green rice paddies in August ?

Dear all,
I have been seeing many of these fabulous pictures of rice fields and terraces. Obviously, these are most beautiful when green. Since we are in BAli in August, I would like to know if we can expect this scenery or not ? It is the end of the dry season, so I suppose that they are not that impressive then ?
