downtime or not. I think that when you hire a taxi you should be paying for the time you are in the taxi and the kms you do not how long the taxi has to wait for another fare. Its not like the airport is out in the middle of nowhere. And no, compared with other costs and the price of living in Indo I dont think that it is cheap. I think that it has become an acceptable way to rip off new tourists.
