I have read the posts that suggest buying sealed packets of spices and they can be brought into Oz ok but does anyone have extended information on this?
E.g. has anyone brought unsealed packets in and declared them? (it seems silly to seal them up before you go to leave Bali just to open them in Oz, seems a futile excercise to me!)
Any knowledge of prohibited spices? Are "saffron" strands, vanilla beans, etc. ok?
