but the way in which it is said.

This post is not a criticism of beenthere or anyone else, just a general comment.

Anyone who understands anything about tact and diplomacy [or sales and marketing for that matter] will realise that what one person will accept as fair and useful comment, another person will be upset by. What one person will laugh at, another person will be offended by. And one of the big problems with internet communication is that we cannot see the smile on the face, or the raised eyebrow. Nor can we hear the laugh or genuine concern in the voice. No, all we see are the perhaps true, but often expressionless words, in cold, hard print.

We all like to be appreciated and agreed with, that's just human nature. But that doesn't always happen, does it? But check various poster's responses to their perception of being ignored or disagreed with and you will understand something of that person's nature. But don't be too quick to judge either. Some posters find it easier to express themselves than others, but that does not make their contributions any less sincere or valuable. And there are times when we all have other things on our minds and that can make us a little touchy, can't it?
