Covermore (through Flight Centre) has a from you can fill in yourself re your condition and then their specialists assess if it makes any difference to you insurance cover. It is now over 3 years since I have had chemo and never thought of it as a pre-existing illness but when I was speaking to Covermore on another matter I just happened to ask about this. 5 years have to pass before I am classed in remission. All catscans clear. I tried to explain that if anything happened in Bali it would not be due to previous cancer but she said I still had to fill in a form for assessment. Needless to say I haven't at any time and have used them 5 times and claimed twice. No problems. I hope I have explained this clearly. if not, I will answer any questions. I am off again on Jan 27.
