We purchased goods in October from a company called the Dewi Murni Artshop. The goods were on order and should have arrived in Perth by now. We initially recieved some photos via e-mail of our goods, but after sending our total payment, ready for shipping, communication broke down. E-mails are no longer being answered, and a phone call we made over a week ago, met with a response that a dining table we had ordered was not properly dry and had to be sent back to the kiln. We were promised an e-mail that night, and were told the table was almost ready, and due for collection the following day. No news since. We have spent a couple of thousand dollars, and fear we will not see anything for our money. Does anyone have any advice on how we can make a formal complaint about this company, such as a consumer protection body, or will we need to report to the police? ANY advice would be well recieved. Thanks.
