Thanks to all who offered help. We have managed to make contact after several more e-mails, and phone calls, and are feeling more reassured by photos of our goods which have been sent to us via e-mail. Dewi Murni told us they were closed for a period of time for a wedding - the lack of contact was concerning. Also, we were told that a dining table had to be re-kilned due to moisture levels in the wood. Seems plausible.Thanks again, especially for those who offered practical assistance.
