You can claim back from the Visa card as goods paid for and not received. Worth getting in touch with your bank / credit union. If we had paid for our daughters honeymoon in December (a week before A/P went under) we could have claimed the money back, unfortunately we paid by B'pay and therefore lost $2,500 !! Please ring your bank and enquire, its a little known clause, but hopefully you can claim for goods bought and not received. Let us know.
