Your welcome.:-) I saw your itinerary and it looks like you will have a trip of a life time! I only have two basic hints that aren't that different from others but are important:
1) Don't over pack! Almost everything in Bali is cheap, really, really cheap. If you forgot all your cloths it would only take you about $50 to buy enough for 2 weeks another ten if you wear underwear! The biggest problem you will have is not money it is how to get the stuff you bought home. If you are a good bargainer you can fill up a suitcase in one hour and another $50. The only thing you should over pack is your medicine bag and sun tan lotion. Also, expect to be taken a couple times when you bargain. It happens, laugh and move on...
2) You will not be able to do everything you want to do. Face that fact now and plan a couple of days to just relax around town and hotel. Meet the people. Talk with strangers. Bring some small gifts. I bring t-shirts from Iowa, usually John Deere! Stop by an orphanage and give them some money, it doesn't require a lot, $20 goes a long way in Bali. But it is the people and atmosphere that I like the most about Bali so soak it up! All this sounds so corny but it is really true!
It sounds like you have everything else in place now all you have to do is handle the wait....I have another 5 months to go...I am getting the itch now.
