Yes they do have fans at the Sirwa Homestay. A lot of the homestay places there charge about the same, and from what I saw they are all quite similar - basic bathroom, fan, mosquito nets, plug point and a mirror. All cold water, and no bedding or towels supplied. But what can you expect for that price? lots of other options around for 100,000 to 200,000 a night where you do get those things thrown in. Oh, forgot to mention, all the homestays have sea water coming out the shower - not too good for your hair, but you get used to it in the end! Just much point rinsing your hair when you come back from the beach as it will feel exactly the same again after...
