and I never said that they shouldn't charge a fee. For myself obviously I think its great that they are going to waive the fee until the end of October as I will get more money back. However, not all agents are solely paid on commission, for example Flight Centre staff receive pay for their hours and commission is what they earn on top. Also generally commission is about 10% to the agent and the rest to the company eg $165 fee earns the agent $16.50. But having worked as a travel agent every bit does count towards your monthly figures and pleasing the powers that be. So no argument here as I can understand both sides of it
