for the work they have done in organising and then having to cancel the booking. Abuse me if you like, but they are not charity organisations and need income to pay wages and other expenses. I imagine for some clients, they put in hours and hours of work in organising trips and whether or not those people decide to cancel, should be entitled to charge for their time.
