My post wasn't directed at any of your comments it was just an opinion I have as over the years we have booked, changed bookings, extended, reduced and once after all that had to cancel. I'm now a bit of a booking expert and fortunatly haven't had to change any for a while. Also lucky not to have to worry about accommodation decisions anymore
