sorry MissD, But yeah I think airlines wholesalers and travel agents have been very genorous to offer any refunds at all. People booked and paid to go to a place that had travel warnings already against it!!
Yeah of course people have a right to cancel in any circumstances however airlines wholesalers and agents also have a right not to go bankrupt and charge fees.
