If you actually read what I have written I have said for the third time now that it is standard practice that you get offered a refund if you are no longer travelling whereas you said that we were lucky to get a refund AT ALL. Yes we are lucky to be offered a full refund, I'm not denying that. But how can you possibly deny that it is good business sense to offer a refund in these circumstances???? Tell you what I will book again for sure with Flight Centre because they have acted with compassion in these circumstances. And I have never said that they should not charge a fee but as a customer of course I am happy they are not. So stop reading things into my statements that are not there
