exactly what I've been thinking. As a Euro (Dutch) I go to Bali for it's peacefulness, beauty, culture, people etc. If I want to party, I don't have to fly for 16 hours. For you aussies it's different I guess. Bali is relatively close, it's cheap and "the Bintang is cold". From the 15th I'll be on Bali again, but didn't consider for a second to visit the Kuta area.
