The Resor is quite close to the Sofitel. A very leisurely 10 minute stroll up the beach. The Sofitel looks nice. I walked past it every day last week. Security guards everywhere! The one that looks the best though and maybe even a bit more expensive but almost next door to the Resor is The Legian. They have very comfy looking day sofa beds right on the beach, a really nice romantic looking restaurant and every room is a suite. Maybe check that one out. There are a few with similar names. Make sure it's THE Legian in Seminyak and not Legian Beach hotel in Legian. Hope this helps :)
