just returned and booked 2 hotels online the 1st sent us a voucher for us to present on arrival all ok..second hotel the online comapny we booked thru confirmed our booking and they sent voucher to hotel..all fine when i checked in but 5 days later i am informed my bill is over 6 million rups only to find they were charging me room rate that i had already paid..was fixed up only to find when i checked out 11days later bill was almost 11 million rups again room cost were put on my bill i had paid for 2 months before..my saving was i took a copy of the reciept of confirmation which i produced heavens knows what would have happened if i did not have this...i will still book online as the first hotel was fine just take any reciepts you may have from your bookings..have good holiday
