Firstly, The Dynasty is in Tuban and the Paradise Plaza is in Sanur, 2 totally different towns. The Dynasty is right in the thick of things for shopping, entertainment etc and the kids club is great, location is great. On the other hand the rooms at the Plaza Suites have much more space for you all to spread out if thats what you need. At the Plaza you are not really in walking distance of anything but they supply a shuttle service to take you to the beach, or shopping or even into Kuta, it runs every hour or so so there is really no problem. There is plenty of entertainment for the kids at the suites also. Both places will be great just depends on whether you want location location or lots of extra space with 3 kids to spread out.
