just a reminder that the Paradise Plaza Hotel and Paradise Plaza suites are 2 different places, you need the Plaza Suites. The shuttle into Kuta was not free, but I think it was about $1 each. the shuttle to the beach and other Sanur shopping areas is free. We often just took bemos or taxi into Kuta for a night on the town. I think it cost about $8. (there were 6 of us in a bemo so only cost about $1.50 each.
I think you will find the plaza suites is a better deal than the Dynasty and that will more than make up for the cost of transport of going into Kuta when you want to.
