When I went to bali two years ago I went to a cooking school and learnt how to cook satay, too hard basket!! Last year I went to Matahari's and bought packets of satay, that was in sept, I did'nt bother to use them. Yesterday I opened one,it comes in little blocks and you cut it up and add boiling water. Stir and WOW I'm in Bali again, could'nt believe the taste,its exactly the same. Brand on box,FINNA,bumba sat'e, weight 240g, can't remember how much but very little, no problems with custems as it is processed. Buy some when you go. bye
