that's doing their work. Jetset travel have been atrocious! I'm thinking of maybe working for them just to get someone to reply, or at least ring back when they say they will!! We've used Kylinda at Travel Hotspot in Perth, She's good even if the others might let you down, she never does. Tried AT a few years ago and didn't get a very good price so I'm glad to hear that they have picked up.
