We also use Kylinda at Travel Hotspot and found that nothing is too much trouble. We have booked through her for December - 2 adults, 1 x 16yr old and 1 x 8 year old, 14 nights Adhi Dharma Hotel - $3455 all inclusive. Heaps cheaper than any other quotes we received.
