Know what you mean about Jetset. I made an enquiry via their website over 4 weeks ago and am still waiting for an answer. Think someone is sleeping too much there.
I'm using Flight Centre at Midland (Perth) this time and they have been great .. so far.
I used Jetset once and they completed mucked up our booking. We were going on a cruise and they didn't put a transfer voucher from the hotel to the ship in the package. They said verbally that it would all be ok but imagine our horror when we nearly weren't accepted on the bus to the ship because of no voucher.
