Hotel Padma VS Niksoma

Hello all :)
My girlfriend and i have the option of staying at Hotel Padma (Superior room) for 10 nights or the Bali Niksoma (Deluxe room) also for 10 nights.

Just wondering if anyone has any comments to help us with this decision.
