Snorkelling - Sanur

Isnt too good from what I have read,should go to Amed or Lembongong.
Besides the bali-hi and reef cruises at $A100 + a pop, are there any other reputable boats that go over to the island,cheap enough to go several times during our stay.I love snorkelling and would do so every minute I have.I ( misunderstood) on this forum that it would be possible to go out to the reef at Sanur for some reasonable snorkelling but have heard otherwise.Anyone know the nearest place to Sanur ( I,m not the best of swimmers either)and dont expect huge fish or 5mtrs to the bottom).
