Even though I did start the thread with my good intentions of helping out some lady forumites with usefull information and believed you could be of assistance to them, I really feel that this forum is not a suitable outlet for a discussion with regards to your "gender adjustment".
With regards to your comment about being pregnant, may I suggest investigating the proceedure for a brain transplant on your next sortee for a check-up (read; remove the stitches) in Bangkok, (its possible you were under the impression you were getting a 2-for one attachment with the last operation?).
Maybe you could ask the "adjusment hospital" to provide you with a "How To" book for newly rearranged adults in a user friendly language, and not only in Lady-boy Phut Thai, (although I am sure you are quite fluent).
You may also consider consulting a qualified optitian in the very near future. I am sure you will be able to find some-one suitable at "Kudos" as they have a special eye-opener arranged for YOUR species tonight.
