For someone without much baggage, that would be the thing to do. I do believe a Bluebird hailed from the road should not cost more than 15K Rupiah to the DKP. Prepaid costs 25K, ie 66.67% more. Still cheap by Western standards, I dare say. Covering the same distance ie from the airport to DKP, by cab in Bombay would cost me the equivalent of 8K Rupiah, maybe less.
