was that what me & the other half ate in Lovina that made us both so damn crook last trip mate ? Three day roadkill,gee I love that expression <LOL> actually his food was listed as seafood & mine was mixed sate,our friends who ate their at lunch & got crook had beef & the other one had pizza - I reckon all the food was off that day at Bali Kopi in Lovina !
I reckon if anyone was sitting next to an Aussie redhead (NOT talking for a change- that's when you know I am really sick ) or a tall grey haired Aussie bloke about 5 weeks ago & heard the gurgling sounds that Cliff mentions you don't need to guess who you were sitting next to ! Actually it would be pretty unlikely anyone was sitting anywhere near us for 3 days or so since neither of us barely ventured too far from the porcelain in our hotel room.
In spite of how crook we both were & the fact that I wouldn't wish it on anyone - I still say it's the luck of the draw & IF you are unlucky enough to eat the wrong food in the wrong place you will get sick & we have only got really sick once with BB to know the difference what Cliff calls " a case of the squirts " & the real thing.We have had both & there sure is a hell of difference.One you can live with & the other you feel at the time as if you will die with <VBG> Believe me when I say the cramps & pains you get with real BB are horrible! BTW - I never would have believed anyone if they tried to tell me how bad the genuine BB can be.
Anyway I think it's all part of the experience of OS travel - you gotta take the good with the bad.
