Driving and Paradise Plaza Suites

Hi all

We are staying at the Suites next week and it looks good.. My wife and I are thinking of hiring a car to explore the east of the island with the family (boys 9 and 3).

i am a good driver (sound like rainman) but have heard the horror stories. I have driven in east timor and survived that so am after any experiences of driving in Bali outside of Kuta.

Best rental place, what to pay, fueling up etc.

I was thinking of hiring it for a couple of days.
