thanks for your answer - I am understanding the problem )
But may be there is some online travel agency that can do one of 2 things :
1) Make reservation to few hotels in different areas - where my planned route will be - if these agency have good choise of hotels with the prices equal to the agencies like asiatravel or asiahotels.com - then I can select the all places and hotels where I will stay and prepaid them by credit card in case I can be sure that I reseive confirmation by fax
Or
2) I can may real reservation with prepaiment for ex for 4 days in Bali , but reseive also a dummy confirmation just for visa for whole period
So I will stay only 4 days at that hotel and hotel will know this but provide my with additional fax for longer period just for visa
So please inform me if you now the trusted large enough agencies that can do 1) or 2) and where I can have a choise of hotels
