Others on here have so perhaps do a search for their comments on service price etc?
(I use a travel agent in Australia & book accommodation direct with hotel)
As for what an agency will or won't do for you, that's up to you to discuss with the agency and/or hotel concerned

Not sure what hotels are offerred through what agents etc for you.
You would have to ask them or see what's on their sites.
If you want to check those offerred by them just do a google.
If you are choosing your own or contacting hotels direct there are some listed below under area with contact details etc.
