It seems to me that Elsa1 is one of those people who stop and pay for 3 star and expect 5 star. All pools in Bali are hot. The front pool at Puri Raja is a bit cold as it does not get sun on it until mid morning. We have never had problems with the beds, perhaps Elsa1's husband sleeps on a super soft bed at home.
