No thats not the case at all. We always stay at 3 star hotels, Kumala Pantai, MBR, Pelangi, Bounty and have always enjoyed our stays there but I was just pointing out the parts we didnt like at the PR. Everyone has their right to tell there story and I'm sure other people would like to know these things before they make their mind up about staying there. :)
