for my in laws thru Commonwealth Bank here as it is linked to our personal accounts etc.. We transfer money into it & then call to tell them there is money in there which they can w/draw (I think the w/drawal fee is $4 approx) But as we only do it once or twice a year from the younger kids schooling it's not a problem. But we always tell them to leave 100,00rp in there, for the fees etc...
