Hi we have the same set up with Bankwest travelled to Bali last year. Your not able to access your saving or cheque accounts from the ATM's over there as not supported but you can withdraw money from your credit account. If your accound is in excess then there should be no interest charges (dont know about a fee for using the ATM) if its not you will be charged interest on the cash advance. Hope this helps..
