I just got back from kuta and I'm not sure about getting them for 15000 but possibly 150,000-300,000. Personally, I had mine done twice, the first time for 200,000rp but when the lady asked me to tell her boss I only paid 150,000 I figured I could have believably got it done for that. So the second time, she only charged me 150,000. Thats about $20-28 australian. It was a great job...good colour match and they stayed in for a long time.
