I use the girls in the bali Rani. They're fantastic, and cost 300,000. I would suggest not to go to the cheaper places. They look cheap, and tend not to stay in so long. I have medium - shortish hair, and I grow it long and horrible for the braids. Because I know I'll have it cut straight after I take them out, I get the girls to glue them in for me. Last time they lasted for about 10 weeks. I'm after a tattoo also, but for me the unneccesary risk of having an open wound in Bali would be foolish for the saving. Tatt's aren't that expensive at home. I would suggest you get one at home where you KNOW it's safe- I don't think that it's worth the risk.
