Beach in front of Dynasty

I know the dynasty is close to the beachfront. Have heard lately that the beaches are dirty. Is this the case for the beach in front of the dynaasty. Is is safe to swim in and sunbake on? Sorry, not sure of the beaches name as never been to Bali. Thanks
