This is a basic requirement, travelling to Indonesia or staying home, wherever "home" is.

But I take exception to recommending Hep B vaccination. Hep B is needed if
- your are a man having sex with another man
- sex with infected people
- healthcare provider or public official who might be exposed to infected blood or bodily fluids
- hemodialysis patient
