Can anyone tell us if on arrival to your hotel you are not happy with your room and request an upgrade, is it the practice that you pay or will they accommodate you free of charge depending on availability? We are booked at Jayakarta on July and have read mixed reports on forum especially for the one bedroom apartments any advice much appreciated. cheers Trish and Shelly
