Ice

In my experience, all the hotels and restaurants use bottled water to make ice or they buy it in the bags like here. I've always had my cocktails mixed with ice and never had a problem.

I actually know of a few people who wash their teeth in the tap water at the hotels and never once had a problem either. Not for me but it goes to show.
