Trying to shape up itinerary.

I'm currently planning a two week trip to Bali and would like to:

1) visit the North (worth it?)
2) stay in the Ubud area
3) also be a lazy bop (seaside...)

Hotels/resorts choice is huge..

In Ubud :
FS Sayan seems to be get n°1 among various ratings. Worth it ?
But the Maya Ubub, Alila and Komaneka also look nice and are not so expensive.

For the other part of the trip, I'm wondering about the Matahari Beach Resort in Permutaran. Any feed-back?

And for the lazy side of the trip, the choice is too big!
Any comments on the following places:

Conrad
Meridien Nirwana
Oberoi
The Legian
Sheraton Laguna
