What the hell

is going on in Bali at the moment. I have just read the West and shake my head after reading Made Pastika, the Chief of Police will not allow the release of that poor individual involved in the Jet Ski accident. Take into consideration the other events over the last few weeks involving Australians and very soon Bali will not need bombs and other forms of terrorism to keep tourists away. What is their agenda? Is it pay back time for East Timor and the rejection of boat people from our country. Whatever it is, it is of no benefit to the island of Bali. When you do business in Bali you become accustomed to the graft and corruption and get on with it but this is another matter entirely. Unfortunately there is no solution and if first timer visitors are put off by this and reluctant to go then I can understand that and the terrible thing is that Bali and its people are the poorer for it.
