states that, where there is a death, the family of the victim must give the OK for the perpetrator to be released, subject to the police finding that it was an accident! When the police have satisfied themselves that it is an accident, and the victim's family state that they do not wish to prosecute, then the other person is released. How about looking at the law prior to blowing up?
